School Registration

We at St. John the Baptist believe that by entrusting your children to us, we share a special partnership. Together we face the challenge of nurturing God’s love in your children. We believe our presence as a Christian faith community should support the development of your child’s potential. We are dedicated to providing a family atmosphere in which each child is encouraged to respect himself or herself and others as God-given gifts to the world.

Our parish has a commitment to maintain an elementary school for the benefit of parishioners and of our community. Children of all races and creeds are welcome to attend St. John the Baptist School, but preference in placement will be shown to children of families who are members of St. John the Baptist Parish.

Parents of prospective students can request a student handbook to view SJB policies and procedures. Please contact the school office for more info at (920) 893-5961.

Tuition Assistance Programs

A Catholic education will not be denied a child due to financial problems. The Archdiocese of Milwaukee’s Grant-in-Aid program and the St. Vincent de Paul Tuition Assistance Program are available to families in need of assistance. Please contact Mike Svitter at the Parish Office at 892-4006 for more info on this program.

Registration Dates

Registration will be held in the spring. Specific dates will be announced in the Church bulletin and on the monthly school calendar. A week before school resumes, an open house will be held for parents and students. At this time, parents and students can meet teachers, ask questions, pick up beginning of the year packet and take home textbooks. All parents are expected to attend this meeting.

I really like SJB because the classes aren't as big and you can get more help if needed.
