Fish Fry

Every Friday during Lent a fish fry is held in the church hall. It is a fun time to meet friends and enjoy a meal. The fish dinner includes perch, parmesan noodles, coleslaw, rye bread, applesauce and a big dessert.

Road America Concession Stand

The concession stand is open during races held at the Road America race track in Elkhart Lake (only five miles from Plymouth). Volunteers sell to race fans and drivers from all over the country. It is always a good time to make new friends and enjoy the races.

Church Auction

This is an exciting evening allowing people to gather for a nice dinner and friendly competition bidding on great items at the silent auction. Every year there is a theme, which adds to the festivity.

Mission Trips

Every year the parish participates in county-wide mission trips with other Catholic parishes. It is a wonderful opportunity for the youth of SJB to make new friends and see other parts of the country while serving those less fortunate. Mission trips usually last approximately one week and have included destinations such as: Denver, CO; New Orleans, LA; Virginia Beach, VA; Mobile, AL; Kearny, NJ; St. Ann’s Bay, Jamaica.

Breakfast with Santa

Sponsored by the Knights of Columbus and building on the thrill of Christmas for the little ones, Santa comes to church to attend Mass and then have a big breakfast with the children. It is also possible to have a picture taken with the jolly fellow.

Holiday Craft Fair

Join us on November 4 for the Christian Women Holiday Craft Fair. It's a great opportunity to find hand-made crafts and other special gifts. In addition, a bake sale is held with all types of goodies. Rarely does anyone leave the craft fair / bake sale empty handed.
