School Board

St. John the Baptist's School Board Committee is dedicated to the promotion and welfare of Catholic education, serves as an advisory body to the St. John the Baptist principal. It assists with policy development, identifying and expressing the educational goals and objectives of the parish community, budget planning and public relations. 2009/2010 School Board Committee Members

The Board meets the first Thursday of each month from September to June. Minutes from the School Board meetings are posted in the back of church.

Membership

The School Board Committee consists of seven elected members selected from the parish and three ex-officio members - Father Van Beek, our principal and an Executive member of the Home and School Association. The elected School Board Committee members serve a three-year term.
